Shipping, returns, privacy and terms for Dorah’s Craft.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Choose your region in the cart to see the shipping cost before you pay:
- United States: $9 (about 3–5 business days after shipping)
- Canada: $22 (about 6–12 business days)
- Europe: $38 (about 7–14 business days)
- All other countries: $45 (about 10–25 business days)
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. Custom orders ship when finished. Orders paid with Zelle ship once payment arrives.
Returns & exchanges
You can return an item within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery, as long as it is not damaged or stained. This includes custom orders. The buyer pays return shipping. To start a return, fill in the return request form. We will review it and email you return instructions; please don’t send items back without contacting us first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item arrives and is checked.
If something arrives damaged or not as described, use the same form and include a photo; we will make it right.
Privacy
What we collect: only what is needed to fulfill orders and answer your messages: your name, email, shipping address, order details, and anything you write or send us. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it: to make and ship your order, reply to you, handle returns, and keep basic records for taxes and accounting.
Who we share it with: only the services that run the shop, and only what each one needs: Stripe processes card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments (we never see or store your card number); Web3Forms delivers our order, contact, custom-order and return forms to our email; Cloudflare hosts this website; and the shipping carrier receives your address to deliver your package. Zelle payments go from your bank directly to ours. We never sell or rent your information.
How we protect it: the whole site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, payments are handled by Stripe’s PCI-compliant checkout, and we keep your information only as long as needed for your order, returns and records. To see, correct or delete your information, email us at .
Terms of sale
Orders paid with Zelle are held until payment is received and ship once it is confirmed; unpaid Zelle orders are cancelled after 3 days. All items are handmade, so slight variations in color and size are normal. Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfill.
